Shipping policy

All water bottle orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $60.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, we will email you a tracking number to monitor your parcel. Our water bottles are packed with protective bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.

We ship to US mainland currently. International shipments may incur customs duties and delays, which buyers are responsible for. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; logistics delays from carriers are beyond our control.
